You will be able to get the most recent update about your parcel directly on the Australia Post website here.
Log in to My Account and click on View Order to find the tracking number provided to your parcel. The tracking information will show the progress of your order. If it has left our warehouse, and you feel it's severely overdue, please contact our Customer Care Team, quoting your order number, and we will investigate this further.
