Can I return an item I received as a gift?

 

If the item was purchased online, you need to re-purchase your order online and return the existing order to us. You can find all the information regarding returns on the following article: How do I return items to you?

 

If this was bought in one of our shops, you will only be able to exchange this purchase in one of our stores presenting the e-receipt/gift receipt. You will be able to exchange your item for the same price or higher (and pay the difference) - no money can be refunded to you. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund any money if you choose to exchange for a lower priced item.
